You can apply for the sick leave bank between May 10th and June 10th.  Your application must be postmarked by June 10, 2022 in order to be considered to be a part of the bank.  Please look at pages 33 and 34 in the contract to see all of the rules and limitations.  You can find a printable version of the application by clicking here.

November 1^st – December 10^th, 2021 is open enrollment for dental insurance. Now is the time to make changes or sign up for a higher dental plan. You can find out more information about the benefits and different plans by clicking here. Please note that the prices that are listed are per month, so you would have to divide by two to get the amount per paycheck.

If you don’t need to make changes to your plan, you don’t have to do anything.

The Building Representative at your worksite will have forms if you need to make changes. All completed forms must be turned
