The St. Tammany Federation will host a CBA Book Club on November 4th, 30th, December 9th, & 16th. Ideally, throughout these four meetings, a committee composed of Federation council/staff, bargaining unit employees, administrators, school board members, and other stake holders will have discussed the whole CBA and have given input on improving the contract.
Objective: To facilitate open communication and encourage stakeholder participation in discussing the language of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) before the 2024 contract negotiations.

The sections of the contract we will be discussing on each date are listed below, please read the sections prior to arriving to the meeting.
November 4th--Provisions Common to All Employees
November 30th--Teachers and Other Certificated Employees
December 9th--Bus Owners/Operators and Bus Attendants, Custodial Employees, and Food Service Employees
December 16th--Maintenance Employees, Paraprofessional Employees, and Secretaries and Clerks
