“Health & Welfare- Open Enrollment”
November 1st – December 10th, 2021 is open enrollment for dental insurance. Now is the time to make changes or sign up for a higher dental plan. You can find out more information about the benefits and different plans by clicking here. Please note that the prices that are listed are per month, so you would have to divide by two to get the amount per paycheck.
If you don’t need to make changes to your plan, you don’t have to do anything.
The Building Representative at your worksite will have forms if you need to make changes. All completed forms must be turned into your Building Representative no later than December 6, 2021. Any forms submitted after that date must be postmarked or delivered to the office on or before the close of business December 10, 2021.
Meeting date and place will be sent to Bus Owner Operators/Bus Attendants by personal email. If you do not receive an email, please call the Federation office. The following worksites currently do not have a building representative, therefore a representative will be available during your school’s lunch period on the dates provided below.
